We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the Northern Colorado Clay Crushers Competitive Shooting Sports Team.

The Northern Colorado Clay Crushers was started by Head Coach Judson Knowles in 2016. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and an SCTP (Scholastic Clay Target Program) sanctioned team for the betterment of youth clay target shooting sports between the ages of 10 to 22 years of age.

Our team shoots, learns, practices, and competes in co-ed competitions in Trap, American Skeet, International Skeet, 5-Stand, and Sporting Clays at the State, Regional, and National levels. Our competitive shooting team can broaden opportunities for University Scholarships, ROTC opportunities, and potential Olympic participation.

All athletes learn proper shooting fundamentals and gun safety protocols.  Not only are we coached in safety and by SCTP certified Coaches in the specific skills of each of the disciplines of clay target shooting, our coaches and families are guiding us to be better citizens of our shooting and communities at large.  Academic and character expectations are both taught and required by our volunteer coaching staff.
